Appointments
- We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Most services require a client consultation form to be completed to enable our Spa specialists to better serve you.
- We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific times and dates. However, we suggest that you schedule appointments for special days and occasions well in advance.
- All Spa packages and treatments requiring two or more hours must be reserved with a credit card.
- All appointments are confirmed by telephone 48 hours in advance. If you do not hear from us, please call to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations
Since time is reserved specifically for your visit, please make every effort to keep your appointment. If you need to cancel, please follow our guidelines so that we may be able to fill the technicians time and provide opportunity for another client. Thank you!
Service appointments
- A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment.
- Services canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Services canceled the same day as the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Spa packages (3 or more services) appointments
- A 48-hour notice is required to cancel spa packages of 3 or more services.
- Spa packages canceled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Spa packages canceled the same day as the scheduled appointment are subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
Private parties
- A 72-hour notice is required to cancel private parties.
- Private parties canceled with less than a 72-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Private parties canceled the same day as the scheduled appointment are subject to a 85% cancellation fee.

After three instances where appointments are canceled in less than the requested time period, you may be charged full value of the service.
All no-show appointments will be charged at full value. |

Payment Options
- We accept cash, personal checks, and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
- Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated. If you are unsure what is an appropriate tip, here are some guidelines: for a good service, 15% of your total services is appropriate; for an excellent service, 20% is welcome. Tipping envelopes are availabe at the reception desk for your convenience.
- Please note that there is a 25% service charge on all returned checks.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Exchanges
- Unopened products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for merchandise or Spa credit only.
- Opened or used products may be returned within 5 business days from the date of purchase for merchandise or Spa credit only.
- Receipt must be presented with each return.

Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates may be purchased online, in person, or over the telephone.
- At your request, we will mail gift certificates prepaid with a credit card directly to you or the recipient. Please allow 5 business days for delivery. Additional charge may apply for postage.

Please take note of our adjusted hours for the summer.
From May 26 to August 31 our hours are:
Monday closed
Tuesday 11 am to 7 pm
Wednesday 9 am to 9 pm
Thursday 9 am to 9 pm
Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday 9 am to 2:30 pm*
*If appointments are requested past 2:30 pm, we will remain open.
Our regular business hours will resume on September 1.
Monday 11 am to 4 pm
Tuesday 11 am to 7 pm
Wednesday 9 am to 9 pm
Thursday 9 am to 9 pm
Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
Other hours are readily available by special request. |

Private Parties
- Private parties may be scheduled during business and none business hours. We will always attempt to accommodate requests whenever possible.
- To book Spa services for parties or groups of three or more, a credit card deposit of 25% of the total reservation is required.
- Same cancellation policies apply.

Comfort Considerations
- So that an atmosphere of relaxation can be maintained, and as a courtesy to other guests in the Spa, we ask that all cell phones and pagers are turned off while visiting the Spa.
- Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we may help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or any treatments that involves heat or detoxification. If you’re allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you have varicose veins, avoid body scrubs to those areas. If you’re pregnant, avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that could raise your body temperature such as body wraps.
- For safety reasons, all children visiting the Spa must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Private lockers are available to store your belongings.
- The Spa provides robes, slippers, towels, and toiletries for your comfort and convenience.
